To start this easy cheeseburger recipe, pan the steaks by adjusting the cooking time to what you want. The meat can indeed be cooked blue, bleeding or point according to your tastes. Also, brown the onion that you have previously peeled and cut into slices. Salt, pepper everything at your convenience.
Mix the ketchup and mustard. Open the loaves and put 1 tbsp. coffee sauce on each half of bread. You can also use a commercially available cocktail sauce, mayonnaise or any other sauce of your choice.
When the steaks are cooked, prepare the burgers. Stack: 1 bottom of bread, a leaf of salad, 1 steak, a little onion, a slice of cheese and the top of bread.
Microwave for 30 seconds for the 4 burgers, just to heat the loaves and for the cheese to melt slightly.
